Recycled aluminium needs only a fraction of the energy that mining and refining new aluminium from raw ore requires, which is why the Celeste Recycled Aluminium Bottle uses reprocessed metal for its 600ml body rather than virgin aluminium sourced from the ground. A virgin aluminium bottle draws on newly mined ore each time, while this recycled version reuses metal that's already been through at least one product life, since aluminium can be melted down and reformed repeatedly without losing quality. The satin painted finish creates a smooth surface, and a bamboo screw-on cap lid adds warmth and texture. Single wall construction suits daily use, available in thirteen colours. Hand washing is advised, as it's not dishwasher safe.
