Description
Wheat straw fibre makes up half the material in the Dromio Drink Bottle, an agricultural byproduct left over once the wheat grain is harvested that would otherwise be burned or discarded in the field, so blending it with polypropylene cuts the amount of new plastic resin needed by half compared with a bottle moulded from virgin plastic alone. A fully virgin-plastic bottle holds a smoother, more uniform finish, but this fibre blend puts farm waste to use instead, giving the surface a visible flecked texture where the fibre shows through. It holds 700ml, is BPA-free and reusable, and takes a printed logo well. Not dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended, and it's presented loose packed, with a gift box or tube available as an upgrade.
